If a child had OCD, would the parent feel bad if he/she found out they may have contributed to it ?

Such as by excessive rules, punishments, yelling, overcriticism. If a child had OCD, would the parent feel bad if he/she found out they may have contributed to it ?
Some people just shouldn't be allowed to have children. Any who does cause their child to have mental problems deserves, to be emotionally tormented for 18 years, see how they like it.If a child had OCD, would the parent feel bad if he/she found out they may have contributed to it ?
The only reason a parent should feel guilty is if they somehow did it on purpose. It can be passed down genetically I think, which the parent would have no control over. If the parent is forcing the child during adolescence to behave a certain way until it becomes a habit of their own it would depend on whether the parent was consciously doing it.
When I clicked on this I thought you were talking about Obsessive Cullen Disorder.
